I'm Allannah. English, living in Australia, mother to a beautiful boy, and I've spent over 15 years working inside small businesses: the inboxes, the follow-ups, the processes that only ever existed in the owner's head.
My own business runs on the systems I write about. Notes write themselves up, follow-ups go out on day one instead of day four, and a real person (usually me) stays on the send button for anything a client sees.
